Terms and Conditions of Sale (gtc)
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”) govern the contractual relationship between Wild Connection, operated by Thomas Verbeke & Matthieu Nootens, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”, and any individual or legal entity wishing to benefit from a service offered by the Service Provider, hereinafter referred to as the “Client”.
Any reservation or request for services implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.
2. Services
Wild Connection offers outdoor activities (archery tag, off-road electric scooters, etc.), as well as catering services and, in the future, glamping-style accommodation.
The packages are flexible and can be adapted according to the Client’s needs.
The descriptions provided on the website www.wildconnection.be are for informational purposes only.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the content, schedule, or duration of an activity for safety reasons, weather conditions, or organizational purposes.
3. Reservation
All service requests must be made via the website contact form or by email at: info@wildconnection.be.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after:

acceptance of the quotation by the Client,

and, where applicable, payment of the deposit indicated in the quotation.
The full payment of the service must be made according to the terms agreed between the parties (bank transfer, invoice, etc.).
4. Pricing
Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT (21% unless otherwise stated).
Prices may vary depending on the number of participants, the selected package, and the period.
Any customised service will be subject to a specific quotation.
5. Cancellation / Modification
Any cancellation by the Client must be communicated in writing (by email).
The following conditions apply:

Cancellation more than 14 days before the scheduled date: full refund of the deposit if applicable.

Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled date: 50% of the total amount due.

Cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled date: no refund will be issued.
In the event of extreme weather conditions making the activity impossible or unsafe, the Service Provider reserves the right to reschedule the service to another date, in consultation with the Client.
6. Liability
Clients participate in activities under their own responsibility.
The Service Provider cannot be held liable for any bodily injury or material damage suffered by the Client, except in the case of proven fault.
The Client agrees to comply with all safety instructions provided before and during the activities.
The Service Provider reserves the right to exclude any person whose behavior could endanger the group or disrupt the proper conduct of the activity.
7. Insurance
The Service Provider declares that it is covered by professional liability insurance appropriate to its activities.
It is the Client’s responsibility to verify their own personal insurance coverage (accident insurance, etc.).
8. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website www.wildconnection.be (texts, visuals, logos, photographs) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Wild Connection.
Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
9. Personal Data
Information collected through the website forms is necessary for managing requests, reservations, and customer relations.
This data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district where the Service Provider’s registered office is located.
